Busy Days!

It's been a while since I last posted as I've been busy creating lots of fabulous items for the home and business and sorting out craft fairs for this year.  I also managed to fit in a little trip to the Stitching and Hobbycraft show at Event City in Manchester ("kid in a candy shop" comes to mind!), while having a few days in Skipton in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

One of the projects I have been working on recently with  husband Alan is a piece of artwork for our hallway. This has been great fun as we have both incorporated our specific art types in each of the frames around a central panel of mirrors.

Wall Art

Close up from a quirky angle!

Only one space remains and we are both wondering what we should choose! We've already covered my cardmaking, paper patchwork,  mixed media,  zentangle, wooden birdhouse, encaustic art and a mini decorated mdf heart. Perhaps something stitchy to finish it off...?

Spring Ornament

I've also made a Spring ornament to stand on the hall table as it looked a bit empty and forlorn once the Christmas decorations had been put away!  It's made from mdf, papercraft supplies, wooden butterflies and a mini terracotta pot! Hope you like it!

Have a great day!
